Moonchild1313 Production has a very simple policy concerning sexual harassment.  If at anytime any employee has felt that they have had their rights violated in any way they are to bring the person that they are accusing to the manager and they are to fix the problem with then and their.  The penalties are simple the first offence is a week off without pay, the second offence is immediate termination.  This is a company that is in the music business, therefore the usual rules in a "normal office" are not the same.  The concept of being politically correct are discouraged. Working here is supposed to be fun, people are supposed to "keep it real", and everyone should understand that they should be comfortable when they come to work here.  Remember to make sure that everyone understands what the policy about sexual harassment is: don't touch anyone, make sure that you don't send use any form of communication that has overt sexual overtones, and their will be no use of sexual innuendos in the work place environment.  Keep this in mind will telling "dirty jokes", if your mother would "wash your mouth out with soap" or "beat you till you till they get tired" then that is joke you should not tell at work.  Let's help each other and the company and keep sexual harassment a problem for the other companies.        

Moonchild1313 Production is a company that will try to keep the policy of work place community in effect.  The current policy is that every Sunday the company will come together to have Brunch.  This has been a problem for those employees that have religious obligations.  The management has decided to change the date of the Brunch from Sunday to Mondays.  With this change is will make sure more employees show up for work and it will keep the Moonchild1313 Production company moving forward as a company that wants to treat the employees like "family".  The brunches in the past have always been a time for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves and get to know each other outside of work, with the change in the date it will give even more of the employees that same time.  

The current policy of all time sheets being turned in on Friday is being changed. Many employees worked on the weekends, so we are changing the policy to include this work load.  All time sheets will be due by Sunday of each week.  We will keep to the same paydays of Friday (to get most of the staff to show up for work)  The workers that are working on the weekends understand that their time is not overtime or time and a half it is still straight time.  If you work over 40 hours in a seven day period you working for the fun of working, you will not be paid for any hours over 40.  Moonchild1313 Production does not pay overtime.  This new policy will help the payroll department and the employees to make sure everyone gets all the money that they are entitled to on time with the proper taxes taken out.  This new policy will not effect the partial owners who are only paid from profits of the company once a month.

All employees of Moonchild1313 Production must understand the new procedures that will be put into effect immediately.  As of now the new music department will only take music on disk that has been brought in by the actual artist.  The company has been bombarded in the past by mailing of artists material.  This does not give the new music department any idea of the look and personality of the artists.  These factors are very important in deciding to sign new artists.  The legal department will also be helped in that will won't get as many law suits from artists claiming that their martial was used without their permission.  This new procedure will help to stream line the new artists experience  By the artists bringing in their music it shows that they are ready to prove that music that they are bringing in is their own original composition. Management does understand that this will limit our ability to find artists in remote locations, however it will increase the integrity of how we acquire new artists.
