Moonchild1313 Production has a very simple policy concerning sexual harassment.  If at anytime any employee has felt that they have had their rights violated in any way they are to bring the person that they are accusing to the manager and they are to fix the problem with then and their.  The penalties are simple the first offence is a week off without pay, the second offence is immediate termination.  This is a company that is in the music business, therefore the usual rules in a "normal office" are not the same.  The concept of being politically correct are discouraged. Working here is supposed to be fun, people are supposed to "keep it real", and everyone should understand that they should be comfortable when they come to work here.  Remember to make sure that everyone understands what the policy about sexual harassment is: don't touch anyone, make sure that you don't send use any form of communication that has overt sexual overtones, and their will be no use of sexual innuendos in the work place environment.  Keep this in mind will telling "dirty jokes", if your mother would "wash your mouth out with soap" or "beat you till you till they get tired" then that is joke you should not tell at work.  Let's help each other and the company and keep sexual harassment a problem for the other companies.
